Pepper Dip
8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
1/4 lb cubed American cheese
3 jalapeño peppers, seeded, finely chopped
12 crackers, crushed
1 tbs butter, melted
1 green onion, sliced
Heat oven to 350º.
Beat cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl until blended. Stir in American cheese and peppers. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Top with combined cracker crumbs and butter.
Bake 20 min or until heated through.
Top with onions. Makes 18 servings
