      next you make rice, double the quantity so that you can have this ‘leftover’ meal!
      Pepita Rice:clap:
      4 servings cooked rice
      1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, hulled
      1/2 cup raisins
      Heat rice in a microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on high or until heated through. Fold in seeds and raisins. 4 servings = about 360 calories.
