This is quite a bit different from other cobblers, hence the name;-D Pear Cobbler II 18-oz box yellow cake mix 1/2 cup butter, melted 20-oz can sliced pears in heavy syrup ground ginger or nutmeg Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pour pears with syrup into an oblong baking pan. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pears.
Drizzle melted butter over cake mix. Lightly sprinkle with ginger. Bake for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. Serves 12-16
