1 & 1/2 cups peanut butter
3/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup black strap molasses
5 cups rolled oats
Mix peanut butter, molasses, and sugar in a pan. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in oats. Spread evenly in a well-greased 9×13″ pan. Press with greased hands to flatten. Let this cool for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
