1/3 cup honey 1/2 cup unsalted creamy peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 cups crispy brown rice cereal
Line an eight-inch square pan with parchment paper. In a medium saucepan, heat honey to a gentle boil. Boil for one minute, then remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in rice cereal until completely coated. Press mixture into prepared pan. Let cool until firm. Cut into 12 bars.
