      This is one of those easy recipes that you can take on a camping trip or make for picnics or at home when cooking out on the grill…no heating up the kitchen!

      Peach Ambrosia
      2 cups fresh, ripe, but firm peach slices or canned is okay
      1 medium banana, sliced
      1/2 cup red seedless grapes, optional, but oh so good
      1 tbs lemon juice
      2 tbs sugar
      1/2 cup flaked coconut
      Combine peaches, banana, grapes, lemon juice, and sugar into a gallon-sized baggie (or bowl, if not camping or picnicing).

      Place in cooler until ready to use — a great first-night dessert (or chill for about 1 hour if at home). Add coconut (that you stashed in a smaller baggie for your camping trip or picnic) just before serving. Serves 4.
