Ingredients
1 pound of pasta preferably small shells
1/2 cup olive oil
1 large onion
1 can of peas
Salt
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Bring water to a boil and add shells. While the shells are cooking get a sauce pan and add oil and sliced or diced onions. Cook until the onion is clear and add peas. Add crushed red pepper. Add salt & pepper to taste. When the pasta is fully cooked drain 1/2 of the water and add the pea mixture.
