Depends on what freezer they were in. Were they in a manual defrost chest or upright freezer? If so, yes.
Were they in a frost free freezer either attached to your fridge or a standalone, then no. The frost free freezers constantly freeze then defrost – that is how they stay frost free. So food quality disintegrates.
They are prob edible, but may not taste good.
