Party Hack: Fountain of Flavor Pool

You’ll need 3 different size kiddie pools small (3ft), medium(5ft) & large (6-8ft). 5 5-gallon-buckets to use in between the layers and a cheapie $10 fountain pump. Its the end of the summer, ask your friends if they want to donate their old plastic kiddie pool, the damn things don’t make it through the winter anyway.

Place the largest pool where you want to set up your pool fountain. (You can’t move it when you’re done!)

Arrange 3 of the 5 paint buckets in the middle of the large pool, forming a triangle.

Take the 2nd largest pool and drill holes along the bottom outside ring of the pool every 3 inches using a half inch drill bit (this is how your water fountains down)

Place that pool on the buckets, centering it.

Place the remaining 2 (5-gal) pails in the middle of the pool. Drill holes on the bottom of the pool all the way around the outside ring of the smallest pool.

Add lots of ice and beverages, then to completely it, add a bit of cold water to the bottom pool , place the pump in the bottom pool in the back where it won’t be seen and run the tubing to the top pool so that it will be a cool fountain!
