Parmesan Crisps 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper Heat oven to 350ºF. Combine cheeses. Spoon into 14 mounds, 2 inches apart, on baking sheet, using about 1 tbs cheese mixture for each. Flatten mounds slightly.
Sprinkle with pepper. Bake 6 min or until golden brown, rotating baking sheet after 3 min. Transfer immediately to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes 14
