Parmesan Chicken in the Crockpot > > 6 TBSP butter or margarine > 1 package onion soup mix > 1 cup uncooked white rice > Grated Parmesan cheese > 6 skinless boneless chicken breasts > 1-1/2 cups milk > 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, condensed (I used cream of celery) > salt > pepper > nonstick cooking spray > > Mix together onion soup mix, milk, can of soup and rice in a medium > bowl.
