      2 cups baking mix – (ex Bisquick) Commercial or MYO
      2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
      2 tbsp ground toasted almonds (about 2 1/2 tbsp whole almonds)
      1/4 tsp dried thyme
      1/8 tsp black pepper
      1/2 cup water
      1 tbsp kosher salt

      1. Pre-heat oven to 450. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

      In a medium bowl, combine baking mix, cheese, ground almonds, thyme, and pepper. Add water, and stir just until moistened. Divide dough into 12 portions.
      Sprinkle a work surface with flour; roll each portion of dough into a 12-inch strip.
      Place strips onto prepared baking sheet-1 inch apart.

      In a small bowl, whisk together egg and 1 tsp water. Lightly brush mixture over bread sticks; sprinkle with salt. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
      Cook on a wire rack.
      Serve with marinara sauce if desired.
