I got this really neat roller at Lowes, it has a guard/shield type of thing over
half the roller part, and you can angle it to use on ceilings or wall, it really
helps on the dilemma of paint in the face. It also comes on a pole you can
extend up to about 4ft. long.I got this for under $10, and worth every penny.
As far as paint, I have always done ceilings with flat latex paint.Michelle
