Overnight Oatmeal 1/2 cup skim milk or vanilla almond milk 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt 1 tsp honey 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup any fruit In a jar or another container with a lid, whisk together milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla. Stir in oats. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours. In the morning, stir in favorite fruit and enjoy. Serves 1
