Over-Night Beef Stew 2-4 cups leftover roast beer ¼ cup whole wheat flour salt and pepper to taste 1 clove minced garlic 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 yellow onion diced fine 1 cup beef broth ½ cup water 3 russet potatoes chopped into large chunks 4 carrots diced fine In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper and pour into crockpot. Stir in all of the ingredients, except the roast beef. Cover, and let cook on low setting for 10-12 hours, or on High setting for 4 to 6 hours. During the last half hour, stir in the beef. Serves 6
