Oven French Fries
nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray
4 to 5 baking potatoes cut into 1/4 strips
Seasoning blend, your choice
Preheat oven to 450°.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Toss potatoes with seasoning choice.
Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 30 min, turning every 10 min so they brown evenly.
Bake until browned and crispy. Serves 6
