Oven-Barbecued Beef
1 chuck or round roast, cooked, about 3 to 4 pounds
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup
Cut roast into cubes about 1 1/2 inches thick. Arrange in a shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
