I personally would not because we don’t have money to waste on something that is not a sure shot especially the odds being 1 in 1,500. If we had the money to burn and didn’t have to count every last penny maybe but even then I am not sure. Anyway 3 bedrooms isn’t enough for my family unless they are large rooms there are 7 people in the family.
