Orange Sauce 1 cup orange juice 1 tbs lemon juice 1 tbs balsamic vinegar 1/2 tsp rose water zest of 1 orange Bring orange juice to boil. Cook until reduced by half. During last minute of boil add lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and rose water.
Pour juice over favorite veggies. Sprinkle with zest. This makes enough sauce for four servings of veggies.
