Orange Creamsicles 4 8-oz containers of plain yogurt 1 12-oz can frozen orange juice 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract optional: 4 Tbsp. sugar, honey or 2 pkg.
Blend all together. Place in small cups. Freeze for 1 hour. Insert wooden sticks. Freeze until solid. Makes 15 to 30 pops depending on size of small cup or ice pop form used . Note: Good with frozen grape juice too, just omit sugar.
