      Orange And Lime Chicken
      6 lb boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
      3/4 cup peanut butter
      ½ cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
      1/3 cup soy sauce
      2 tbs lime juice
      1 tsp lime zest
      1 tsp hot sauce
      ¼ cup sesame seeds

      In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, lime juice, lime zest, hot sauce, and sesame seeds. Place chicken pieces into gallon-sized freezer bags. Pour sauce over chicken, seal freezer bags, and gently shake to completely coat chicken.

      Freeze until needed. (Before you decide to grill these, be sure to allow them time to entirely thaw in the refrigerator.) If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes to prevent scorching on the grill. Pierce your chicken pieces onto your skewers and grill over medium heat for about 15 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
