My Mom suggested to put up a small cafeteria business in a commercial area nearby. Me and my sister-in-law will be helping her out. I will be focusing more on marketing and setting up standard operating procedures to ensure that we’ll be able to comply with food safety.
I know most food and beverage companies are strictly implementing some standards and I want to check and adapt some of the safety measures they practice. In case anyone of you operates a restaurant or working in any food industry, please share your common practices and standards. I’ll be happy to read your inputs here.
