OP: $32K/yr (Low Cost of Living)

I live in central KY. Between myself and my fiancee,

we bring home about 3100 per month. Our bills

(mortgage, insurance, car pymt, elec, water, phone and

internet, satellite tv, cell phone) are 1250 per

month. the mortgage on our rental property is $315

per month (incl. taxes and insurance), our renters pay

$450 per month. This house is located in town,

walking distance to everything. It is a 2 bedroom, 1

bath, on .25 acre lot, house is 950 sq. ft.

the house we live in is 1300 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2

bathroom, w/attached one car garage on 1.5 acres. It

is about 6 miles from town. Jobs around here are

pretty decent, mostly factory work (automotive) but it

pays well.
