I completely understand the “family” factor. My best friend in

Walnut Creek loves San Antonio, but a majority of her family lives in

the Bay Area (She’s one of 5 and her husband is one of 7), parents

are still alive and her son and his cousins too…I would guess

nearly 200 from immediate family to 2nd cousins…

They were actually my only close to family I had there. My family

was more in Southern California and my parents were here in San

Antonio. I know all is relative…home prices, gas, groceries, etc.

If I could’ve afforded it and established myself well enough, I would

have definately stayed in the Bay Area. But I guess God is trying to

      direct me in another direction.

So we are actually following the Dave Ramsey “snowball” plan combined

with the “envelope plan” I picked up from Mvelopes.com. Fix our

past “debt” mistakes and start growing our financial future. I know

I’ll be back to the Bay Area for vacation, but at least living here

in Texas, I have an opportunity to “save” some money for it instead

      of using Credit!!!

Enjoy that beautiful weather, sites and sounds for me Sherri!!!

      Catherine
