Onion Blossom 1 large Vidalia onion 3 tbs grated Parmesan 2 tbs steak sauce Peel onion. Partially cut into 6 wedges, being careful to not cut through to bottom of onion. Place on large sheet of foil. Gently pull onion wedges apart.
Sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle with steak sauce. Wrap tightly with foil. Place foil-covered onion in crockpot and cook on high for 90 minutes or until onion is tender.
If you want the surface of the onion browned or crisped, remove from crockpot when done, open foil packet and place under broiler for no more than four minutes checking after two. Serves 6
