1 large cucumber – slice thinly with potato peeler
add vinegar to taste set in refrigerator for 24 hours.
After 24 hrs drain all vinegar … the juice can be used clean
Add:
1 sprig fresh parsley chopped
Add the juice of one lemon and squeeze the cucumber slices with it then set aside for approximately 2 hours before dinner so it isn’t too cold.
Add salt or sugar or honey if desired
Add a touch of oil, mom used olive oil, I use grape Oseed oil.
