Sunday — Creamy apple-bacon chicken over whole-grain pasta and stewed veggies: $3.87
Monday — Creamy southwest chicken, peirogies, and mixed veggies: $2.07
Tuesday — Coconut Shrimp, brown rice, and corn: $6.99
Wednesday — Meatza Pizza with salad: $7.99
Thursday — Skillet chicken divan over leftover pasta and leftover stewed veggies: $2.15
Friday — Moo-Shu Chicken with low-carb tortillas: $2.58
Saturday — Tuesday’s leftovers: $0
This week’s total –$25.68!
Money is going to be extremely tight for the next month, so my menus may consist of lots of leftovers and borrowing from Liss’ Surviving on a Budget, $10 Grocery List!
