      I was wondering how many people do once a month cooking?

      I haven’t actually one once a month cooking, but when I cook something like pork loin or chicken I make enough for at least 2-3 meals.

      if you do OAMC, what type of recipes do you do? I may have a lead on a new job and it wont be traditional hours for me to be home at supper time with my family and they will need fast and easy.
