I became so discouraged trying to find yogurt without high fructose corn syrup or other sugar additive. I found some with Splenda, but they also added HFCS. I refuse to eat this because I am on a low carb diet.
I’m also not a fan of Splenda. I finally decided to flavor and sweeten plain yogurt in quantity. This is what I eat almost daily and usually make up 3 quarts at a time as it stores for at least 2 weeks, maybe more.
Here is what I use:
1 quart of plain yogurt
1/2 cup Stevia (a natural no-calorie sweetener)
1/2 cup crushed berries (whatever you like)
1 teaspoon almond or vanilla flavoring
Mix all together with a whisk and pour back into yogurt container. When I’m ready to eat some of this, I often add homemade granola for a little crunch. It’s a great breakfast!

There is also a recipe on the site for how to make your own yogurt from scratch to avoid all the hidden fillers. It’s under Recipes> Make Your Own> Yogurt
