No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

My Dad wasn’t much of a sweet tooth, but he loved this when my mom made it. Someone at work gave her the recipe. I hope you enjoy it! It’s very simple to throw together and since it’s a no-bake recipe, it’s perfect for last minute potluck desserts too.

Peanut Butter Pie

1 9″ prepared Graham crust, regular or chocolate
Mix together:
1 (8oz.) pkg. Cream cheese softened
1 cup peanut butter, smooth or chunky, you’re choice!
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Fold in:
1 (8oz.) Cool Whip
Optional, but awesome: 1 cup of chocolate chunks or cut up Reese’s peanut butter cup pieces

Spoon the filling into the crust and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. It’s delish!
