In leau of father’s day coming up I thought we’d start a new thread about the Wisdom of Fathers….
What has your dad taught you? Perhaps he taught you some financial tips, do it yourself repair, maybe he taught you 101 things to do with duct tape.
So, with that in mind, please share your tips from your dad!
I’ll start it off. . .
My dad, Jaime, Taught me to Recycle, Recycle, Recycle. When I was a kid my parents bought some old bikes on a yard sale for a dollar or two each. He Sanded them down and painted them with some leftover paint (He did autobody work on the side) and they looked like Brand new bicycles.
My brother and I were thrilled to have cool “new” bikes and I learned that old stuff can be recycled to look New.
What has your dad shared over the years that stuck with you?
hugs,
Liss
