Hmmm.. don’t stand with the fridge door open all day…. don’t let the water run…
don’t leave the lights on when you leave a room… don’t leave food on your plate when eating out…. don’t let the car run without going somewhere…
leaving some of the skin on the potatoes is good for you (roughage?)…. LOL!!! Those are all I can remember right now…he worked long hours, 5 days a week and slept while I was at school and went to work before I came home from school. He came home after I was in bed. The only time I saw my daddy was on weekends and he was busy catching up on chores around the house…
I did learn a love for gardening from him, but never learned how to garden.
My husband is disappointed that I’m not putting a garden out this year.
