My favorite recipe is easy to prepare!

Throw boneless skinless chicken breasts in a large zip lock bag

immediately when I get home. I fill it with water, lemon-lime juice,

garlic, and sea salt totally immersing the chicken. I let that set

until I start dinner. Then I BBQ or bake the chicken. Then steam some

small potatoes with green onions and sea salt, while chicken in on.

Then microwave some frozen peas for 3 minutes right before we sit

      down.

Dinner takes 20-30 minutes and only 5-10 prep.

      What you need:

      -Large zip lock bag

      -Chicken breast (boneless, skinless optional)

      -Sea Salt

-Lemon Juice (or bottled lemon-lime juice)

      -Garlic (pressed)

      -Small golden potatoes

      -Green onions

-Bag-O-frozen peas (peas and onions, corn, whatever)
