hello welcome to the group. i am rather new myself.

hope you enjoy the group. i have had to learn to pinch

pennies alot more so lately since i am now a single

mom. i have been trying to be creative in cooking but

its hard on a budget. i buy ramen noodles and mix in

chicken, sometimes in mine i add cheese. i have even

used it as a side dish a few times. mac n cheese i add

chicken or hamberger, and one time diced up ham, or

even tuna for the kids.
