Some attorneys will give you a free 10 or 15 minute consultation. Or they
may charge a small fee — compared to their usual rates at least.I think that is the best way to get legal advise for the state/city/county
you live in. Most of us will have our opinions based on info you give us,
but I’m not sure if any of us are lawyers that can help much — unlessperhaps someone here has been in your exact situation….
Maybe there are free legal aid type places where you live?
