Drop them in the diswasher. They can be removed from the stove. Just lift the grate or burner off of them and take them out.

If they still look bad, you can buy new ones at the grocery store – in the area where the small accessories are (spatulas and etc…)

The dishwasher is also a great way to clean your metal vent filter from all the grease that collects there.
