Yes it is everywhere….go to DTV2009gov.com & get a coupon for a discount on the converter needed to be able to get the channels. If you are connected to cable or satellite you will still be able to get your channels. I have 3 tvs hooked to satellite & 2 that aren’t, I have applied for 2 coupons.
