I had a mall scavenger hunt. I gave each person $5 or $10 to work
with, not sure it was 10 years ago. I made a list with free stuff
and stuff I needed for my house. Everyone had one hour to hunt fortheir treasures. We met at the food court and had a blast, they all
shared there stories. Some of the sales clerks were so nice and
helped the girls get better deals on things like washcloths. Some of the items I listed were: a penny from the year you were born
(the birthday girl) a disposable cup (which I used for the soda I
brought with me), a perfume sample, bulk candy, a blue wash rag (mybathroom is blue), white thread, a dog treat, a brochure, etc. I can
not remember everything, but they went off in groups. I got stuff
for my house and we still talk about it. I think I had around 15items on the list. I went to the mall earlier and kind of looked
around for some items that would be useful and FREE. . The goal
was to come back with the most items from the list and the mostchange! I had a prize for the winning team.
Then we had pizza and used the candy as our snack.
Hope this helps!Kathy
