Agree.My lipid profile was bad in fact I was asked if I was an alcoholic it was so bad-lol! Switched to healthier vegetarian eating and did some basic exercises and lost 95 pounds and my lipids are great.My proteins come from beans,lentils-the red and french ones are wonderful as well as soy cheese and soy yoghurt and nuts but only organic ones.Our grocery bill is low but it took some educating aand recipe searching on my computer to help me.Email me off list if you want to.Good luck.
