Please look at going towards a VEGAN diet for a couple of months and
see what that does to your cholesterol and your food bill. Both
will go down.. there are tons of online (free!) references such asvegan.com. Sounds a little extreme, but I think it is a better
alternative to having a heart attack, stroke or bypass surgery.
