If you need a buddy there are several online sites … well more than several but a few are Dr.Phil.com (you search the message boards for your state/town and see if there is anyone https://www.exercisefriends.com/ And then meetup.com sometimes will have an exercise group for your area. If you cant find anyone in your area, you can always just find an online site with people that are truely motivated to lose weight and they can be sorta penpals to help motivate you.
