Make sure that you are getting enough protein in your diet in
proportion to carbohydrates. Try to cut back on carbs and drink more
water. Make sure that you take supplements, and if possible eat much
smaller meals more frequently. Also, I would suggest checking out

book at a discounted rate on half.com. But I would at minimum buy the
book and follow the diet.
