Melissa,
I never had high cholesterol, but I have found out what it was
through donating blood. The first time I donated my cholesterol was150. The next time I donated (8 months later) I was at 125. I
started walking to help me lose weight. I lost some weight and my
cholesterol was lowered.Do you have kids? Is your hubby overweight? Don’t know what part of
the country you are in but have your leaves started to change or are
they already off the trees? If they have started to change, go for afamily walk to see the leaves around your block.
Do you have a friend who walks or worksout a lot? Ask him/her to be
your “trainer.” My husband did this and he has lost 4% body fat and20 lbs in about 2 months (working out on the Bowflex Revolution).
Oatmeal, Cheerios, and Smart Start are also good at helping remove
cholesterol.Hope this helps! Good Luck!
Kelly
