don’t just look at the meal plans, look at the whys and wherefores. post the do not eat list on your fridge and pantry and do not eat them! “doing atkins” is not just a case of eating meat, cheese and fats and cutting out everything else.
it’s an easy plan to do and you’ll find yourself satisfied faster. that’s why i was able to stick to it. after the induction phase, i ate fruits and vegetables along with my proteins and was very happy.
i ended up cutting out the crappy stuff like sugar, white flour, white pastas and switched to healthier ones.
