Hi guys! I have finally decided I have had too much of being overweight! (I am about 50-60lbs overweight.) Anyway, after seeing a picture from vacation in which I no longer have a chin (LOL), I decided to do something about my weight!
I started counting points (Like Weight Watchers). I found out how many points I should get per day & I found out how to calculate points for food. I was just wondering:
1.) if anyone here had done Weight Watchers?
2.) how did it work for you?
3.) does anyone have any tips that would help me?
4.) also, if anyone has any Weight Watchers recipes that could help me?

      Thank you guys so much.

I also have 40-50 to lose. I have never tried WW or any food system. My problem is not food, it is lack of activity. LOL yesterday I activated my free 30 day pass to Ballys. I actually wentt, missed today, but plan on taking FULL advantage of the freebie.

I have been looking for a job, but they are hard to come by these days. You get use to spending your time on the PC. I wish they would invent a CRUNCH that you could do sitting in a chair. LOL.

Have you checked out the Weight Watchers website? They have a ton of recipes with the point value, serving amount and prep time. WeightWatchers.com: Food and Recipes Gateway – Visitor
There is also information for eating out.

You’ve already lost 2 pounds in 3 days, sounds like you must be doing something right. Your on a good start so far. I could lose a few pounds myself. My problem is also not being active enough……good luck 🙂

I have tried WW in the past, my problem is I can’t write everything down and count the points, I hate that. I have gone to meetings, and I have joined online and I never stick to it. They have a lot of good recipes. I need to be more diligent, and move out of my chair. J

I have done Weight Watchers and I can say if you stick to it, it will work. I have lost a nice amount, then would get stuck with a few pounds left, not exercise and then stop. I have been on weight watchers on and off for about 5 years. I have to say of everything I’ve tried, and I’ve tried everything, this worked for me.
Good luck, and if you have any questions email me, I have all my paper work and books still and can help.
