BiggerPiggyBankHi all, I’ve just got home with my husband who is only 53 years old
and just had open heart surgery. He’s doing well but I need a bit of
help from anyone who can.
I need heart healthy recipes that are cheap and easy to make. Anything
that anyone can come up with would be great.I ordered a heart healthy
cookbook on Amazon.com but that will be about 2 weeks from now.
He’s going to be out of work for 8 weeks and that means only my
paycheck coming in. Christmas just became all about the family and not
about gifts since I hadn’t even started shopping when he became ill but
we’re all fine with that since at least he’s here with us.

Jeannie, glad you doing better. A Dr. told my ex to switch from garlic salt to powder for cooking. I need to start getting back into a routine with my health.Thanks for opening my eyes.
