I must say that theladies on this board are the smartest, most practical group of women I have the pleasure to know! That being said, I need to tap into y’all’s brain power. Other than banana bread and smoothies (both of which my family is quickly tiring), what can I do with the excess ripe bananas that I end up with week in and week out? I’ve tried freezing the extra bananas(in the peel, of course), but really don’t like the juiciness when I use them later. MyDH requires numerous fresh bananas in his diet due to a potassium deficiency problem, but sometimes doesn’t eat enough of them as fast as they ripen on the counter. Any new ideas would be greatly appreciated 🙂 Elizabeth
