      Take the banana out of the peel, mush it, then freeze it. Then, you

      can pop it out, thaw it, and use it in bread recipes. In the peel,

      they don’t freeze right.

      Maybe try cutting the “bunch” back by 1 banana when you buy it, to

      see if you have less left over?
