I think I have the cvs abbreviations figured out, but could use some help with the walgreen abbreviations being used in these posts. did a search on the site but did not find these.
      i know the obvious
      mq-manufacturer coupon
      adq-coupon from the ad
      mm-money maker
      but what is ymmv?
      gda?
      rr?
      esq?
      esmr?
have always just gone to wal mart because the drug store prices on everyting just seemed so much higher, but the more i read the more i learn that there are deals to be made by some very careful planning. need to learn all the terms and do my homework to see if it’s worth it to me.

your help would be much appreciated.

I’m new to this site, but maybe I can help.
ymmv- your mileage may vary. how successful you might be working a deal at a particular store.
gda- good deal alert. maybe not free, but a good deal nonetheless.
      rr- register rewards.

the catalinas that print out at walgreens.
esq- easy saver coupons that are in each month’s easy saver booklet(found at the front of the store).
esmr- easy saver rebates. again in the easy saver booklet each month. buy xy product, fill out the form in the booklet, mail-in or submit online and get $x.xx dollars back as a rebate for buying a particular product.
      hth!

You’re welcome, Niddi! I am definitely enjoying this beautiful day, neighbor. The hubby is off, we went for a morning stroll around the neighborhood, and my 13 year old made breakfast this morning.

      That’s a great day to me 🙂
