      Sore Muscle Soak

10″ x 10″ square of muslin, cheesecloth, or foot of nylon stocking
      1/2 cup Epsom salts
      1/2 cup baking soda
      1 tablespoon sage
      1 tablespoon marjoram
      1 tablespoon chamomile
      1 tablespoon pine needles
      2 teaspoons lemon balm (Melissa)
      2 teaspoons peppermint
10 drops essential oil of eucalyptus, peppermint, or juniper
      String or yarn

Place all ingredients in center of cloth and tie into a bag. When adding the
essential oil, allow the oil drops to be absorbed by the baking soda before
tying the bag. Tie beneath the tap and allow the running water to flow
through. When tub is full, remove bag from tap and massage your body with it
for few minutes, then let it float in the tub. Discard after use.

      Good for: all skin types
Use: following exercise, or as directed
Follow with: Moisturize body after bath
      Pre time: about 15 minutes
      Mix with: n/a
Store in: Several; bags could be made and stored in a zip-seal bag, low tub,
      or jar, or tin.
      Makes 1 treatment
Special: Helps relax tense, sore muscles. The fragrance will soothe frayed
      nerves.
